As a child I would hang out in my schools library with every Ed Emberley drawing book I could find. Flipping through the pages filled with shapes and squiggles that when put together created worlds, animals, monsters and people - done in such away that any child could have hours of fun. I would check out as many books as allowed and go home, pull out my paper, pencils and marker and go to town trying to recreate his inspiring art. I still have several of his books and look froward to passing ...
