I've been painting portraits for a number of years now. I did a number of them when I was a Scenic Artist for the Hollywood film studios. Bette Davis, Brian Keith, Henry Winkler, Whitney Houston, James Brolin, Billy Idol and quite a few others. It is always a challenge to capture the personality behind the surface of the face.
