Sewing Projects - My Favorites!
Talking About Some of My Favorite Sewing Projects...
My maternal Grandmother taught me to sew on an old Singer treadle sewing machine when I was 9. Sewing was the most exciting discovery for me and I've loved it from the beginning. Though I've completed countless sewing projects over the years, I continue to learn something new with each one. My regret is not taking pictures of most of my finished projects, though I do have a few pics of my favorites to share with you. I blogged about making these bandana bags here. The legacy they gave me is something I enjoy blessing others with- most of the projects I make are gifts. Rarely do I sell anything I make or keep it for ...

One Yard Sewing Projects
One Yard Sewing Projects are Fun Starter Projects!
Whether you are a beginner or an accomplished sewing enthusiast, one yard projects are quick and fun. My time is so limited that I don't get much done in the way of sewing, these days. I really don't like to go back to a project once I have to leave it, as evidenced by the shirt I started my husband four years ago. He outgrew it before I got around to finishing it, so I put it aside. Now, he is losing weight, so I may yet finish it. The book, One-Yard Wonders: 101 Sewing Fabric Projects; Loo...
