My 9yo is really excited about this movie coming out this March. He first became interested in this series via his Second Grade class. I used to read this to him at night before bed. It's funny (a little raw at times) and something I think all kids can relate to. The Diary is of the character Greg and how he deals with Middle School and his not too kind Older Brother Rodrick. This article was inspired by my oldest son Brandon. Brandon is a 8 year old second grader, that is currently reading the book series Diary of a Wimpy Kid.
