'What would Google do?' The Book
I took 'What Would Google Do' by Jeff Jarvis on my most recent holiday and devoured it in a few sittings. It opened my mind to a whole culture that is bigger than I ever could have imagined. It's an inspiring, refreshing, often funny and always insightful look into the reverse engineering of Google. But, I'm not the only one who enjoyed it - Craig Newmark the founder of craigslist says "What Would Google Do? is an exceptional book that captures the massive changes in internet is effecting in...

The Dip
The Dip
My Review
I'd be remiss if I didn't share with the reader my impression of The Dip right at the beginning of the review. One word can sum up the tone and maybe even the direction Seth Godin takes us in, that word is Peppy. When I finished reading The Dip all I wanted was for our side to win. Now I have to admit I'm not sure who or what our side is but Seth suceeds in getting me to root for them. Godin is a master of focus in his books. He can take a line like " most people quit, they just don't quit su...

Linchpin - A Book by Seth Godin - A Review
A Very Personal Book
Let me talk a little bit about Seth Godin's new amazing book Linchpin: Are You Indispensable? The author does not exactly have the reputation of writing how-to books for dummies. And his latest book- to be released on January 26, 2010 (audio book on February, 9)-will not be an exception. I also had the honor that Seth answered me a couple of questions about the book. All as part of my review.
