If you have doubts about a debt management company, you can do no worse than a simple lookup of the official database of Consumer Credit Licenses issued by the Office of Fair Trading, to evaluate if your debt management company is entitled to offer you a debt management plan or an IVA, an Individual Voluntary Arrangement. Some elementary investigation is all that is needed!
