July 2011 My husband kept asking for weeks it seemed what I thought about the idea of riding a pair of mopeds around. He thought it would be fun. I said, "We could do that on our bicycles, and get more exercise" He had been offered a pair of slightly used 1987 Tomas 2 speed Mopeds an older couple had purchased, but rarely used, and sure enough he brought them home. He gave me the newer one, it had less than 300 miles on it. They look like little motorcycles and have lights, brakes, gas, oil...

In terms of mechanical horses a new spree is fairly inexpensive being from around $600 to 4000 . They are perfect for the summer time riding. You of course could also get a really nice Bicycle and be human powered. Yet if you want more fun with less laws then mopeds are the answer.
