I joined the Palm Developer Program in November 2010 and have been steadily building new webOS apps for the HP/Palm Pre, Pixi and Veer smartphones, and for the HP Touchpad. Until now webOS, the Linux-based operating system in the latest HP/Palm smartphones, has had only a relatively small number of apps in its App Catalog.
