Another brother, Hulagu, invaded Persia and founded the Il-Khanate. Kublai was the grandson of Genghis Khan. His youth was spent to study the Chinese culture. In order to be seen as thoughtful, we have to practice until it is as much a part of us as breathing. I know that I certainly have much that I can do to improve and grow in this area. I want to define thoughtfulness, see how it has been expressed by people throughout history and explore ways that it can be cultivated in every area of our lives.
