Making a family tree is not difficult, but it does take a lot of time. It can also be interesting to learn about where you are from and some of the changes that were made when your ancestors came to the United States. I have learned that an "s" was added to my grandma's maiden name when her ancestors came here and on my dad's side, the spelling of the wife's name (first and maiden) was changed.
