Mother Teresa's Final Analysis poem is something that I heard during a Wayne Dyer talk, and it is one of my favorite inspirational pieces that I have ever heard. I believe it was during his book tour for his new book at the time, There Is A Spiritual Solution To Every Problem, which is a book he wrote about the prayer of St. Francis.
