What is a model horse?
Model horses are scale replicas, usually cast in plastic or ceramic, but sometimes in other materials. Some collectors amass hundreds or even thousands of models (see collecting lens), and opportunities exist for virtual and live exhibition (see showing lens) and artists who repaint and even resculpt these models (see customizing lens). As you can see, model horses are far more than just toys!
