Movie Review of The King's Speech
This is a fantastic movie. While you certainly will get insight into the abdication of his brother as King of England, you will come to appreciate the need to accept the throne by his brother, Prince Albert, later known as King George VI, as a rally point for the British during World War II. This movie shows his work at overcoming a speech defect so he would be more effective when he spoke publicly.

The Kings Speech
A Must See
I don't know of too many people who saw the King's Speech before it won Best Picture. After, I heard "it was good," but never saw in myself until a week ago. It was absolutely fantastic. First off, it had an amazing cast, starring Colin Firth playing King George VI. Firth was amazing in portraying the stammer. Second, it was a beautiful blend of drama and comedy, with some very amusing scenes thrown in. Definitely a must see?

The King's Speech
The movie based on true story speaks about King George VI, the British Monarch. Actually this is not a story just about himself but It is in general focused on how he managed to overcome stutter, how he had to fluctuate between friendship and his duty, about the backstage and finally about a King who called himself a Doctor. This is a story about two wars - the main war that he'd been struggling with was within himself.
