"Learn to cook--try new recipes, learn from your mistakes, be fearless and above all have fun!" -- J
I really enjoy cooking and have an entire section of my basement devoted to cooking books and cookware because my kitchen is not big enough to hold them all! I have been fortunate enough to have been surrounded by some really good cooks. My mother and grandmother are not the best cooks so fortunately I know lack of talent for cooking is not hereditary! My Really Awesome Cookbook Collection!!
Collecting cookbooks seriously is my addiction! I HAVE to look at cookbooks every time I'm around them. I love to buy them online and in stores. It's cool that Amazon lets you look through stuff online before you buy it. I go to a bookstore every time I'm near one and I always seem to come out with a new cookbook. These recipes are fool proof, easy, tried-and-test...
