Sweet Treats That Are Wheat Free
Just because you are allergic to wheat does not mean that you should be barred from enjoying a sweet after dinner dessert treat. Missing out on dessert because you suffer from a food sensitivity or allergy just does not have to happen. Although there are a majority of those oh so delicious sweet treats out there which contain gluten, or other wheat proteins, there are still a few wonderfully yummy dessert treats that are completely wheat free.
