The HGTV Dream Home 2011 is located at Spruce Peak in Vermont's Stowe Mountain Resort. The 3,000 square-foot "ski in, ski out" mountain lodge with views of Mt. Mansfield includes three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen. The Dream Home 2012 Location is outside Salt Lake City, Utah! At River Meadows Ranch. The HGTV Dream Home is a modern, 4,000 sq. ft., western-style ranch home on 2 1/2 acres with the Provo river cutting through it's backyard. It has 3 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths.
