Why do I need 60s and 70s workout music? I have just turned 60 and I'm semi-retired but I still enjoy 2 or 3 home exercise sessions a week (time permitting with grandkids etc) My favoured fitness routines are power walking with ipod, Pilates and my exercise bike, I try to fit a session in for each.
