While each nonprofit could use your hard earned money to make a difference in the lives of others, more often than not your time is also needed!

Finding a cure for cancer is quite a quest and my son Adam, a scientist doing his PHD, in biological science, specializing in cancer of the liver, is part of a group of scientists, from the University of Western Australia, called Team Cell Cycle. Team Cell Cycle, along with the Cancer Council of WA are raising funds by riding their bikes in a marathon later this year.
