Recently I have been thinking of many beautiful and, sometimes, funny things about being and having a mother. I have had songs, poems, ideas and my own mother on my mind. This lens is a consolidation of those thoughts and musings, the laugh out loud moment and perhaps a poignant one or two as well. More like when YOU were THAT age!
I have 2 girls, and without a doubt they are the most amazing blessings in my life. My oldest is 13 and the other is 12. They have cousins that are 11, 5, and 3. They have friends that I have seen grow up and knew when they would all get excited about the latest Disney release, these days can't be without their cell phones. I used to teach a 3yr old preschool class and now get to see my old "babies" walking around in booty shorts with boyfriends. I am not getting a day older, yet they are alm...
