Some things we do as parents haven't been written in books, sometimes we just adlib and come up with something in the moment. Here's some ideas that I came up with in the moment that worked for me. Parenting let's face it, it's demanding! My baby is now 13 months and everyday is a joy but it does have it's drawbacks. When I get those negative feelings though I think, "it's probably worse for my baby, she is growing at a rapid rate, learning things everyday and is constantly exposed to new and exciting things".
