Meet Some Zebras!
So I made a lens about giraffes a while ago, so I thought it was time to write about zebras. I don't know nearly as much about them as giraffes, nor do I have as many pictures, but we'll make do. This lens also helps me complete one of my goals of making one lens for every letter of the alphabet before the end of 2011. I hope you enjoy this zebra lens!

Members of the horse family, Equidae, zebras once roamed Britain, continental Europe, Asia and North America but are now found only in the tree-studded, grassy plains of Africa south of the Sahara Desert. One species, known as a quagga because of the peculiar barking noise that it made, is now extinct. Its stripes were confined to the head, neck and forequarters, and its body was plain brown.
