Selected Squidoo Lens of the Day May 26, 2006  Just the fourth female ever to race in the Indianapolis 500, Danica Patrick qualified fourth and finished fourth in the 2005 edition of the Greatest Spectacle in Racing to claim the Rookie of the Year title.  In 2006 she backed up that performance by with a solid 8th place finish.  Danica joined Andretti Green Racing in 2007, and earned her first career IndyCar series victory at the Indy Japan 300 on April 20, 2008.
