Squidoo Angel
"Blessed by a Squidoo Angel"
In April of 2009, I was honored with the status of a Squid Angel. Squidoo Angels are dedicated lensmasters that help bring to spotlight good and passionate lenses and remove junk and incomplete lenses from high lensranking. Like any Angel, I have been given special powers. The powers to bless and help good lenses and the power to smite bad and spammy lenses. The power to bless lenses will give lensrank boost to quality Squidoo lens and the power to smite (ding) lowers the lensrank of low qu...

My First Set of Angel Wings
In the afternoon of November 29, 2010 I received an email from Kimberly that stated I would be a December Angel! I joined Squidoo on Nov 1, 2010, and I have to say that I've felt very blessed this past month. I would like to thank those of you in the community who have gone out of their way to provide me with guidance and support as I started fumbling my way through lenses. I cannot wait to explore the community and spread out some dust during my time as a December Squidoo Angel! December 2...
Let the bells ring out and the banners fly ...
Feast your eyes on me! It's too good to be true, but I'm here! I'm here! Yep, on February 3, 2012 I became a Squid Angel. Imagine that, eh .... that just goes to show you that all things are possible ... duh. This lens is written to celebrate my Angel Wings and pay tribute to the others who have also been obtained their wings.
It's all Thanks to Rocketmoms...
I did get an invitation to become a Squid Angel once before, way back at level 30. I was so excited at the prospect of having wings and travelling around some of your fabulous lenses. I sent back the form saying a big 'Yes Please, sign me up' and then the email to confirm my new heavenly status went straight into my junk mail. I was so close ! All I needed to do was to click a link to approve that I would wear the wings. I missed out. Anyway, some time after I found Rocketmoms and Wow, what ...
I'm a Squid Angel! November 2010 :)
How appropriate that my security word when I was creating this lens was delighted. Because I am! :) I was tickled pink when I saw the email from Kimberley this morning letting me know that I've been blessed with Squid Angel duties this month. I'm so excited to serve the Squidoo community in this way, and I can't wait to send some angel dust your way and share all the cool lenses I've found with you. This lens is called "Rainbow Angel" because I love rainbows and was in a rush to create it. I...
So you're a Squidoo Angel - what now?
So you're an Angel now, but that's not the end of it. How can you be a Good Angel? There's a lot more to being an Angel than wearing a pair of shiny wings and a big smile on your face. You now have to take up your Angel Duties. It's a big responsibliity and you have to adjust your online hours to suit your workload. Here's a quick run through for newer Squidoo Angels who really want to be Good Angels.
My thoughts on my Squid Angel experience
My time as a Squid Angel (for the month of December 2010) has finally come to an end. Squidoo extended my flight for a bit longer than I expected but I was glad as I missed some days for holiday travel. I thought I should share my thoughts on the experience for those who would like to be angels and those who hope for angelic visitations to their lenses. First, being a Squid Angel is a lot of work. It seriously cut into my time to do my usual Squidoo things and with my already super full sch...
These flowers are called angel trumpets. Aren't they beautiful? They are dramatic too. This lens serves as my angel trumpet to call attention to the great lenses I have found. Angels are message bearers so this is my message to you: Angels would love to bless your lens if it is bless worthy. What makes a lens bless worthy? I like to see a lens free of typos. This is not a complete deal breaker but please proof read. I love to see modules used in a creative way, lots of great images, ...
Angel Blessings for Squidoo Lenses
December is such a great month for blessings and I am honored to be a Squidoo Angel for the month. This is my third round as a Squidoo angel and I've never done a lens on blessings before, but decided this would be a good time to start. In this lens I will feature the lenses I have blessed for the month. I hope you enjoy my choices and will take a few moments to visit some of them. May your December be filled with many blessings
