One of the main races of Guild Wars 2 is Humans. They look exactly the same like we do (weird , huh... :D ) . There are 3 continents in the Guild Wars 2 world and every continent has different looking humans. In Tyria, the continent where the game is gonna take place, has Caucasian humans. In Elona you can find African like humans and in Cantha someone can meet Asian like humans. Isnt it wonderful how the game world looks like the real world...wow ( :D ).
